We walk the property, check grade, soil, and existing drainage, and measure the actual area — not a satellite-photo guess.

Drainage plan & material recommendation
We sketch where water will go once the wall is in, and recommend a wall system based on height, load, and budget — not just whichever material is easiest for us.

Written estimate
A real price, in writing, usually within 1–2 business days of the visit.

Permit & HOA coordination
If your project needs a permit or ARB sign-off, we prep the drawings and specs you'll need — see our permit guide for what typically applies.
- 06
Build: excavation through backfill
Excavation, compacted base, wall construction course by course, drainage install, then backfill and grading.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished wall and drainage with you before we consider the job done — not before.
