What makes Port St. Lucie wall projects different
Fast growth, flat grading
Port St. Lucie has been one of the fastest-growing cities in Florida for years. New subdivisions are often graded quickly and flat, which pushes drainage and slope problems onto individual lots once landscaping and pools go in.
HOA architectural review
Newer communities like Tradition and PGA Village run wall projects through an ARB approval process — block color, cap style, and even wall height can require sign-off before we break ground.
Canal-fed drainage grid
Much of the city drains through the C-24 canal system managed by South Florida Water Management District. Lots backing up to a canal easement have their own drainage considerations on top of standard code.
Older, non-deed-restricted pockets of the city — parts of Floresta Gardens and neighborhoods that predate the master-planned communities — tend to have less consistent original grading than newer HOA sections. We see more standalone erosion and drainage calls there than ARB-related block-matching requests.

Port St. Lucie FAQs
Do you handle HOA architectural review submissions?
We provide the block/material specs and drawings your ARB will typically ask for, and we build to what's already been approved in your community where possible. Submitting the paperwork itself is usually the homeowner's step, but we'll prep what you need.
Does my lot back up to a canal — does that change anything?
If your property borders an SFWMD canal easement, we check for setback and access requirements before quoting. Tell us if you're not sure and we'll confirm during the site visit.
